  1. Hi guys I have an update but I been up all morning going to ICE and immigration and then to work, so I extremely exhausted and I will be back on tomorrow to share my story and update.

Yes on the condom it was poop and blood on it

The reason why i believe the condom was used on my husband is because after sex he immediately goes into the bathroom to clean himself off..

So i just cannot picture him using the condom on a woman and forgetting to throw away the evidence I just cannot see him doing that, but I can see another man leaving it there to put me in my place and let me know that he got my husband.

Yes I had a feeling he could be gay because of his feminine ways and how easily he cry but he is from Kingston Jamaica and I heard that is taboo there so I would tell myself nah he is from Jamaica he is not gay.

Anyway I will update more information tomorrow.

Its unbelievable how naive we are as human being. Why haven't you file for divorce?

  2. Hi,

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. If you can't afford a lawyer to get your permanent GC, then you have the option of Enlisting in the US Military. I could be wrong but, you might get your GC extended on the spot and you can apply for citizenship within a year of your enlistment. Just make sure your divorce her first; otherwise she will be entitled to your military benefits. The military pays good money in the long term, but it requires a lot of sacrifices that I think you can handle, considering your situation right now. I'm not trying to recruit you; I'm just saying that this is an option you might want to consider.

    Good luck Buddy.

Why do you think OP is entitled to a GC, you're advising someone how to evade the US Immigration law in other to get a GC, I thought this was against VJ's policy to give such ridiculous advice. On top of that you don't even know from what visa the OP is adjusting from.

  3. lol but whats gonna happen to me and she decides to leave me? Whats gonna happen to my gc? Its not like I can continue petition myself...easy as it seems, but im the losing side here.

What visa were you adjusting from, you were pampering your wife but you're now worry about whats gonna happen to you and your GC. How come you had so much money to pamper your wife were you weren't even a resident?

  4. Hello. Thank you all for your comments.

I am sorry that my story may not make sense. As it was a long time ago, I may be missing some details... I had a hard time at that time and my memory is vague.

But I am sure that I had a green card. He didn't give it to me, but showed it to me by taking a picture of it. The reason I expected to get it back was, I visited Guam for vacation last year and the immigration officer said my green card was still valid. I thought it was weird as it should have expried. On their record I was a green card holder but they let me in with the visitor status. That is why I visited the immigration office last week to know what my current status is and if I can get it back. I agree with you guys that I won't be able to get it back most likely, but the immigration officer said it has a small possibility after checking our record. He may be wrong, but it is worth to try.

I was the one who left him and understand how much he was hurt and too emotional to let the green card go, so I just gave up on it. Also, I decided to stay in Japan for good even though I always wanted to go back to the states as my family was against our marriage AFTER they approved it and we got married. When I visited him last week, it was my first time in a long time that I could sleep deeply. He makes me happy. Also, I am comfortable to be with his family while I feel awkward to be with my family... I am not really happy when I am in Japan.

We would have to start over the long process, but I am fine with it as I still have a lot of things to take care of here. Time will fly fast.

I appreciate all of your advice and will post if I get any updates :) Good luck to everyone!

I didn't know that was even possible for a GC holder to enter the US as visitor, is this even possible? The POE Officer screwed on that by letting you in as visitor while having a valid Green Card.

  5. Definitely they need an attorney - impersonating US citizen (not sure if using fake SSN falls into that though) makes him inadmissible to US for life.

I agree, using someone else's SSN is Identity theft and should carry a life time bar from ever returning to the US. Its frustrating what US Citizen and Resident has to go through by dishonesty of illegal immigrants who has no concern about one's Identity whatsoever.

I heard some illegal immigrants even use their new born US Citizen babies SSN, ruining the children Identity from birth.

  6. Hello everyone, thank you very much for your comments.

I used to be an international student in Oklahoma and that is how my ex and I met. After my graduation, I went back to Japan and we got married in Japan after 6 months. So actuallly I have never lived in the states after marrying him, but I have visited Oklahoma for vacation several times after the divorce. I just get in the states with the VWP status. When I visited there last week, it was my first time to get in without a problem. Before that, I was always stuck at the immigration office and they asked me so many questions before letting me in.

I know it is a small possibility to get a green card again, but it is worth to try. Please let me know if you have any other ideas. Any comments are appreciated.

    Again, thanks!

I see no possibility to even get a Returning resident visa since you never were a resident of the US in the first place. Your only hope is to start from scratch and either tell your ex to apply for a k1 or get married again and apply for a Spouse visa, other than that no possibility of getting a GC after three years of absence.

  7. Hello Everyone,

I am on the process of preparing documents before time comes of interview. Does an "Intent to Marry Letter" be done in typewritten or in handwriting? What is acceptable by the USEM?

    Please :help:

Both are acceptable, make sure it is clear to read and understand your handwriting. I strongly recommend Typewritten its easier and there is a sample in the guide K1 section.

  8. USCIS are being confused with Law Enforcement Agencies here big time. If USCIS shows up at your house, they just want to confirm that you and your Spouse indeed sharing your lives together as you've already claimed in your petition, and I strongly disagree with these guys that keeps saying that USCIS is out there to screw you. Me and my wife has been dealing with USCIS not once has these guys tried to screw us.

This is not an innocent until proven guilty situation, they don't have to prove anything to the Petition and Beneficiary. A simple answer "I don't believe you" is enough reason to be refused Immigration benefits in this country.

  9. You contradict yourself in the same sentence. You don't know if they're going to decide that you're fraudulent or not, even if you let them in "because there's nothing to hide." They can see any object, item, or letter (completely innocent, to you) and decide that it's evidence of fraud, and you'll have no appeal. Deal with USCIS on your terms, not theirs, and you'll have a far higher chance of success with far less risk.

I strongly disagree with that statement, what a mislead quote. Would you recommend someone to respond to their RFE sent by USCIS their term as well? and not the USCIS timeline to be responded to.

Your statement is completely the opposite, Deal with USCIS their term and your process will be far less stress than being a completely arrogant jerk and make them delay your case for good.

  10. Everyone keeps pointing out the same obvious thing, you don't have to let them in of COURSE YOU DON'T, but not doing so will raise a lot more suspicion on your case and possibly a huge delay, I would say just verify that they are indeed USCIS Personnel by looking up ID's and if necessary call their supervisor and let them in and show them that you and your Spouse share your lives together in one place. You will have absolutely nothing to lose by doing so.

  11. U.S Citizenship and immigration services has reviewed your petition to remove conditions on residence FORM I-751 and supporting evidence. Your supporting evidence does not sufficiently establish that you and your spouse entered the marriage in good faith and continue to share a life together. REALLY WTFF??

After sending whole bunch of pictures to them even a picture of her name tatto'ed on my chest pictures of us traveling, plane tickets that we took trips back home. Our apt lease both of our names on the lease. Insurance cards etc.

What the fk do i send these people? I mean my wife is pregnant now i can send the ultra sound picture, these people maybe will believe us that we're living together..

Or should i make a porn tape and send it to them?

This is not a strong evidence of legit marriage, unless her name is unique. Joint Tax Return and Joint Lease agreement is the best ammunition when lift condition. Pictures comes second to USCIS.

  12. If USCIS shows up unannounced at your house, welcome them, smile, offer a cup of coffee, answer questions only when asked, show them your living space as a married couple, bathroom, closets, storage, etc... you will have much more to gain and probably nothing to lose. Its that simple!

If you deny them entry to your house, then why should they approved your case in the first place.

  13. I think a home visit means that USCIS has a strong suspicious on such case, to the point they had to make a home visit because sometimes they just want to make sure the couple are indeed staying together for love and not to get the GC and bail out. They will approve you as some point but be prepared for anything because they got you under their giant microscope for now. I wish to you best luck

  14. Exactly. According to my lawer and the reports that we got from the police, we have some facts that I can go with to prove that that was just a misunderstanding. I didn't intentionaly say NO to the question.

So do you think that your N-400 was improperly denied? This is what you gonna prove in your appeal that your answer to the Good Moral Character was indeed a no and you never ever was cited for an Incident. Did your your lawyer informed you that for an appeal to be approved the mistake most have been in USCIS end?
