  1. Just got my interview scheduled for January 4th. on the notice it doesn’t say anything about spouse presence even though I’m using the 3 year rule… did people ask for same day oath adding a doc after the interview is scheduled?
  2. Processing went down to 6 months today, hoping to see interview scheduled later this week!
  3. I hope so too! I filed on 10th and anniversary is the 12 hopefully I’ll get scheduled soon 😕 with thanksgiving and Christmas that’s gonna slow down our appointments/oath
  4. It’s been pretty quiet the past week hopefully we’ll see appointment starting to appear soon for those getting to 1 month from anniversary
  5. Yeah but it’s odd that it’s only N-400, my other cases didn’t move
  6. Yeah same thing and when I try to re-add the case they want a code I don’t have im not sure what they messed up again
  7. I guess they prioritize people who are already eligible, which makes sense
  8. I wonder if when you get to <9 months is when it switches to your local office…
  9. Mine went down from 10 or 9 to 7, it's all over the place haha
  10. Thanks all for the answers and the google of the interview, I cannot remember if I saw people scheduled before their anniversary yet but hoping to see it happen for us now that I know it's possible!!!
  11. Hey August filers, are some of you that didn’t receive the interview notice yet seeing some reduction in the expected time online? For the September filers we saw - people going from 16 to 10 after the biometrics reuse and case in active review. - then people going from 10 to 9 - and now some see 7 months estimated I was wondering if it was the same for you and how low it can get before the interview notice… Also are we certain that interview cannot be before anniversary (3 or 5 years) date? Or is it only oath?
  12. I see, I filed online so the cover letter would still be lost in docs 😕
  13. Both Basically the trigger was the 90 days, online they don’t really let you submit unless you meet the 90 days rule. I do have a 751 pending since last year (submitted 90 days early too) but my 751 is even slower as I didn’t get the biometric reuse letter for that one yet lol… it has been in « received » for 375 days. For my N-400 the field office should be Manchester NH.
  14. Filed N-400 yesterday 10th, online and got same notices as the others (3 year rule) and I-751 pending for a year so far at Potomac. reuse biometrics, expected time 9 months according to website but hoping for less. Case being actively reviewed. Field office Manchester, NH.

  16. Hummm This is sadly what I was thinking too. When the agent took back the plastic card because he was giving me an I-551 Stamp he was very adamant saying that it was the same as the temporary green card. It seems like I lost a good opportunity by trying to make sure I didn't run out of evidence of status...
  17. Hey everybody, finally received the 48 months extension after filing around September 11th. As I'm at Potomac I still hadn't received any updates about biometrics... Sadly, because I never received the first noticed as they messed up my address. I had to get a stamp valid for 1 year with an emergency appointment and give back the plastic green card. Now I'm wondering if as I have the stamp and the notice I can just use the notice as the extension with/of the stamp or if I'm still gonna need to get a new stamp every year until this is done... Has anyone heard of something similar in the past?
  18. Yeah I’ll do that, and for the state ID the issue is that they extended it to the expiration date of the GC so it’s gonna expire at the same time as the GC
