    Hi! I am a US citizen, and my son is a citizen of Russia. He is currently in the US on a visitor visa, and we would like to apply to adjust his status because of the rapidly deteriorating situation (and unexpected changes in the family) in Russia. He is 17 and has been here since September. Would this be a simple I-130 + I-485 application? Are we overlooking anything?
