In this case it's better not to provide affidavits at all rather than providing multiples with same content but signed by different people.

I believe that as long as the information is correct then it is okay. My understanding of an affidavit is it is just to confirm that the information on the letter is correct with a signature/with an oath. I have signed legal affidavits before which I have not written (but the information was correct).
