Hi All
I want to thank @mindthegap @Crazy Cat @OldUser @Dashinka and more people from this forum for helping me with my previous question and I'm successfully made it back to US.
I'm really Sorry to ghost you guys, it was a tough few years and now I'm finally divorced.
I filed a new i751 with Divorce waiver and finalized my divorce last year after 6 years of marriage,18 month of divorce process, My x - spouse after getting a big chunk of money from my divorce reported USCIS marriage with a lot of fragmented documents that i married her for Green Card (combining the documents from divorce and transcript from our phone conversation the stuff that husband n wife talk when we are emotional or in the heat of the moment , I can go over the details later). I don't want to confuse y'all want to stay on track, i can tell more as we discuss.
I need help from you guys for my N400 i filed it online in USCIS website and filed i751 with attorney on a fixed fee basis but that time we didn't know she complained about me to the USCIS.
The only way i found out was the documents got uploaded in my USCIS account ,She reached out to Biden's office, Senator, ICE, CBP and told them I'm a national threat , criminal you name it , on the other side i don't know what i need to prepare and carry with me when i go to the interview (for example tickets from trips to my home country, visit both of our families, therapy, couples therapy for 2 years, lease agreement, utility bills, divorce decree, Credit card bills
1. Can you guys help me with all these being said how can i prepare for the N-400 interview and i751 what to expect because of her big complaint. (I will talk to my attorney 2-3 times before my interview only for i751 since I'm on my own for N400)
I paid/filled my tax every year.
Thanks,
Paco.
Thank you for your time,
