I believe you can send I-129F in at any time as long as your I-130 has not been approved. Me personally I would not waste any time as it seems to only help promote slowness within the system.

I am so glad to receive my NOA-1 (02-27-08) in mail 03-01-08. I was beginning to worry and over examine. I know this is just the beginning but I'm excited. Hopefully this process will be seemless and faster than the past.

Sorry to hear that. I know with my ex, she was ill with liver problems. I stuck with her through the transplant and she was successful at making it through and then I parted ways and did not give in to reconciling. You have to live your life for you, no for your ex or children in my opinion. She passed away 6 years later and it hurts but you can't change things like that.

I hope you are okay and can work through things.

Okay so I work through all the ####### and spend all the countless hours that I know everyone does and it's off in the mail. But as I'm looking through everything tonight I see that I may have sent them the incorrect version or revision of the I-130. What a moron!! Could it be? The problem is....I don't know. I know I caught the revision today assembling the packet and changed it, but not sure if it made it to the packet. What happens and I'm afraid to ask, but what will they do if I have the old revision on this form the I-130. The most important form. What a moron.

When filing the I-130 for the K3, I know you list the minor child as well as on the I-129, but do you have to do the G-325 and do you have to submit the passport type photos for the minor child as well? Also how much of sticklers are they when it comes to dimensions on passport photos?

I have documents that are sealed by my attorney for the translation of documents. Does it still need to read "I certify that I am competent" or whatever in order to satisfy the US? The attorney has his little seal and stamp.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I don't want to create any undue delays.

My attorney that did the wedding and all other paperwork translated all of my docs needing to be translated and they are all stamped and sealed with all his legal tools. Do I still need to add the...............I______________certify that I am.........to the document as well?
