    The I-864EZ is a short version of the I-864. I think you'll be OK with the I-864.

    Thank you for your answer! Exactly, but we explained to NVC why He did not file tax 2021 yet and they accepted the explanation. The first time around (sept 22) they asked to change I-864EZ to I-864 which I did. I think they want a joint sponsor just because of the income tax for 2021 we didn't submit yet.

    Received 2 RFE's today. Last submission was 9/26/22 One asking Evidence of income. The other one saying case does not meet the minimum income requirement while sponsor income for 2021 is 2xxxxx. He did not fill tax for 2021, we uploaded an explicative not they accepted it and all the others documents. Any ideas?

    Thank You @NikoTaino. No, I don't. I am not sure why. They just said my Petioner does not qualify to use the Form I-864EZ. While we meet all the requirement to do so. My other concern is the file type. Now I have I-864 submitted under the title Form I-864EZ Affidavit of support.

    Good morning All! All my documents were accetep except for the I-864EZ. NVC asked me to replace it by I-864. Which I did, but still keep the old date of the first submitted (Instead of the date of today). Is this a problem?
