  1. we just went to bible study for praise and worship.. watch netflix and cook food =] simple.. but when sophie gets here thats were the celebration is =] we live in Cubao, Quezon City.. however !! I believe is ..since she is a minor I think they expedited the process

  2. doesnt say anything about which type? however im going to verify it with my mom. and the Consule didnt say anything after her interview i was just reading the link however as you all know mommy thing. .. it just really made me feel paranoid.. =] but hopefully everything will be alright. sophies medical condition is good. no sputum test done during medical. visa has been released. so hopefully no trouble on her POE

I will try verify again with mama but i think it says annotation class a or b ( tb) .. and yes her medical were cleared.. since after skin test after a day or two she get her vaccines. no history of tb or lung trouble ... and she was issued a visa.. her big momma is just so paranoid of everything about all the hurdles we come thru yay!!

    Im staying with my fathers house so basically since Im not sure if ill be staying here longer I didnt have much stuffs over here except the laptop and the TV. >> I will moving there alone first. And after I settled within a month. My husband and Sophie will be coming over with me. =] ...

    How bout the car? how much to transport it? which is better to sell or just transport it?

I have My Good Senator working on our case since CRBA ..and the liason officer always give me an update =] so I think it depends on the person working on the visa.. and the tracking of the visa I followed the link http://www.af2100.com/tracking/usembassy/track.jsp --- and typed in the 12 digit tracking no. -- they said the paperworks will be coming in anytime today !!! =] Soo happy since After sophie being hospitalized..she will be discharged today.. She only got temporary pass from the hospital to attend the physical appearance in the US embassy.

  9. General Requirements

    * Applicant (18 yrs. old & above) should be physically present on the selected pick-up date for the signature & thumbmarks on application form.

    * Mother or Travelling companion (if mother is abroad ) of minor applicants (17 y.o. and below) should be present during pick-up of requirements for signature & thumbmark on application form.

    * If application is rejected by the DFA due to reasons like wrong/incomplete requirements, under the look-out-list, has a pending case/memo, double passport, discrepancies, et al, documents will be returned with the partial refund. An amount of P400 is deducted from the payment as courier & handling fee.

    For Minors (below 18 years old)

    * Personal appearance of minor with both parents or mother .

    * Personal appearance of minor with mother (if minor is of illegitimate status).

    * Personal appearance of mother (if minor is 7yrs old & below).

    * Passport of person traveling with the minor, original and photocopy.

    Primary Requirements

    * Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper (SECPA) issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO); for born 1950 & below, Negative Birth Record from NSO & Joint Birth Affidavit from Two Disinterested Persons if no record from NSO.

    * Three (3) colored photos of the applicant taken against a royal blue background & no shadow. Applicant should be in decent attire with collar & sleeves and in dark-colored shirt. Photo must be studio taken & of good quality, and must have been taken within the last six (6) months. Photo size: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm. Facial image size: About 3cm-tip of head to chin; with 8-10mm head clearance from top edge. Ears and forehead should be visible. Wearing of accessories, colored contact lenses or eyeglasses, with name/name board are not allowed. DFA has the right to reject photos that do not comply with specifications and international standards.

    * Original ID i.e. Senior Citizen's ID, Voter's ID, digitized government-issued IDs like SSS, PRC, BIR, Driver's License, original school ID (for students only) AND original supporting documents indicating full name, date and place of birth and citizenship (Please refer to the list below)

    * If late registered, submit 2 original supporting documents indicating full name, date and place of birth and citizenship prior to date of late registration.

    * NBI Clearance (not required if presenting 2 digitized Identification Cards.)

    * Certified True Copy (CTC) of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar if BC SECPA is unreadable

    * MC SECPA of parents if Last & Middle name are foreign sounding (Chua, Ong, etc)

    LIST OF OTHER SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

    * Marriage Contract

    * PRC / IBP ID

    * Land Title

    * Driver's License

    * Government Service Record

    * Old SSS-E1 form or digitized SSS-ID

    * School Form 137 or Transcript of Records

    * Other documents that show full name and birth details of applicant and/or citizenship

    * Voter's Registration Record

    * Baptismal Certificate

    * Seaman's Book

    * Income Tax Return (Old)

    If both parents are abroad:

    * Affidavit of support and consent indicating the name of the traveling companion and the relationship to the minor (must be authenticated by the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate General)

    * Special Power of Attorney designating the representative by name and authorizing him/her to apply for a passport on behalf of the minor in their stead (must be authenticated by the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate General).

    * Certified True Copy of parents' passport (must be authenticated by the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate General)

    * Original and photocopy of the passport of person traveling with the minor.

    * Original valid ID w/ signature or passport of the authorized representative.

    If minor is NOT traveling with either parent:

    * Original and photocopy of DSWD Clearance

    * Affidavit of Support and Consent

    * Personal appearance of mother (if minor is 7yrs old & below).

    * Passport of person traveling with the minor, original and photocopy

  13. Very Much, =( I just called Air 21 whats the meaning of that tracking Info. and they said its not yet released.. Patiently waiting... :whistle: If lucky ma-approved B1 visa ni mama si mama magdala...if not either my younger sister use her Vacation leave and bring my daughter back here para tipid daw sken..or pag wala tlga uwi na si Jonah =) CANT wait to hug Sophie
