I’m in the USA. I’m adjusting status. But I will file AOS later this year. 

update: I called USCIS and they said I should upload a letter explaining the situation and provide the information missing to the online platform. Thanks for all your help.

Good day if ANYONE could help me I would be grateful. I submitted my i130 online yesterday. I am currently looking over the pdf and part 4 item 59 is missing. I am absolutely certain I filled out this section. I am worried sick since I’ve seen this.  Is this normal for the online system? Should I write letter about this or contact someone at USCIS? What should I do in this situation. All help would be appreciated. 

What did you put for this? I’m in the position rn don’t know what to put.

Hi Joni, how did you resolve your missing ds problem? I’m facing a similar problem now.

I’m Jamaican. I came on the j1 programme twice. I stayed out of my country for two years after my first programme. I was not subjected 212 E on that programme. I however I’m back now on a new programme and I’m subject to the requirement I want to get a waiver only for this programme. Do I need to submitted both ds forms for the two programmes or just the one I need the waiver for? I can’t happened to find my old ds2019 form.
