Thank you so much for responding! We just filled our AOS + EAD + AP and waiting for our NOA1. Will now then wait for EAD to go for the driving license. Thank you!

Hi there, am now facing the similar situation. Wondering how did you ended up applying the driving license? I went to the Midtown Office just now and they said they might not able to issue me my driving license as my i-94 is expiring next week. But my license from my home country dies next year August too. Thanks in advance for the advices!
