  1. Yeah, that is so strange. I would just submit another inquiry and hopefully next week, you will have your case number.
  2. We do not need a invoice id. Select immigrant visa so that only the case # is needed below. You can check the case status here. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx
  3. Did you submit an inquiry here asking for your case number? https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html I don’t believe they provide case numbers via the email you noted above. Nothing out of the ordinary if you did jot get the case number yet. The NVC is just as unorganized as USCIS. There are people with June NOA2s still awaiting a case number. @Bh_sarah the K-1 FTP letter is separate from the case number email, right?
  4. Just got my case number today. Does the K1-FTP letter comes in a separate email? Hope everyone else who is awaiting a case number gets one soon! πŸ₯³
  5. Got my reply today … To Whom it Concerns: Thank you for your inquiry. The National Visa Center (NVC) has not yet received your petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Although the Form I-797 approval notice mentions a delay of up to 30 days for cases to be delivered to NVC from USCIS, current shipping times may be longer. If you have not received a communication from NVC about this case within 60 days from the I-797 approval notice, please contact us again. Once NVC receives this petition from USCIS and enters it into our system, all case parties will receive a notice that they can begin processing if a visa number is immediately available.
  6. I sent my first inqiry on Friday. We will see if I hear back by the end of this week
  7. I use Mint Mobile which uses T-mobile’s network. For 5 gb/month + unlimited talk/text , it costs $180/year ($15/month). I think it is cheaper if you have multiple members together on an account as well. The service works great for me.
  8. Glad you finally got it πŸ˜€ Hopefully USCIS sends our cases to the NVC ASAP!
  9. Yes, this is normal. It looks like NVC is taking 60-90 days to provide case numbers from the NOA2 date. There is a group here that has more information about this. I have linked that below πŸ˜€ MAY 2023 NOA2 Group
  10. I got mine pretty quick, but it may be more regional as well. The post office is all over the place. If you do not use informed delivery, it is a good tool to have from USPS. You can see your incoming mail. If you do not get your NOA2 by the end of this month, I believe you can request a new one be sent.
  11. Got it! Well, hang in there. Hopefully good news is coming soon πŸ‘πŸ½
  12. I agree with James @Elays. I would maybe try and contact your Senator and/or Congressman/woman to see if they can assist. USCIS is so random with how they choose what cases to process that I feel like there is no rhyme or reason. I was hoping this update from you was going to say your case was finally approved. Wishing you the best!
  13. A long wait indeed! Congrats πŸ₯³ Yay! Congrats πŸ₯³
  14. That is a great idea! I stopped looking at it so often too because it is very discouraging. Hopefully, your NOA2 comes in this week πŸ₯³
  15. NOA1 24 June 2022 NOA2 11 July 2023 So exciting to move to the next phase! πŸ₯³πŸ˜‡
  16. You have to be next in line! Hoping your approval comes before your next update 😁😁
  17. Thank you! I am sure yours is coming soon too! πŸ˜€ Hang in there!
  18. Definitely! I am sure your time is coming very soon πŸ™πŸ½
  19. All the cases around me have no approvals (except for a case from 7/1/23)πŸ˜‘
