Hello everybody! Thank you for your replies! She obtained her green card on 08/2018 but lives in US since 2004. She has history of PTSD. I just got her medical history and she is taking right now COVID pill (bcs she got the second time COVID in August) and depression medication bcs of death of her daughter. She still in unstable condition. Can USCIS waive English test according her medical history that she is on depression medication and etc. What to send to USCIS? Can you send the link where I can get info to find out what to do next in her situation. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone! My sister's Form N-400, Application for Naturalization was denied! Please, do you know what to do next? She is 69 years old. Her English also SO-SO. She was able to survive COVID-19 in 2021. But at the end of 2021 she lost her young daughter who passed away from COVID -19. She was hospitalized because of stress, depression and anxiety. She was sick. But because she had appointment with USCIS for her citizenship, she did not want to miss it, and she went to her first interview on March, 18 2022. But she failed. After this USCIS scheduled the second interview for May 18, 2022. She could go and she wrote to USCIS that she is sick because of all these issues supra but USCIS denied her N-400. She has prove for prescription medications and etc. Does somebody know can she apply for N-400 again? And what she needs to do next? Thank you in advance.

They say that there is a law that letters from the RFI were extended for another 2 months from the date indicated on the RFI. Maybe someone knows about it? I was wondering if anyone had the same experience (received an RFE) as me, so I posted my topic here. But some of the responses were angry responses, and that bothered me.

Good afternoon! Tell me please, how can I be? I have been in America since December 2021 on a B2 tourist visa. The B2 visa was valid until March 2022. I applied for the F1 student visa before the B2 visa was expired. But immigration is considering my documents for a very long time (since March 2022) and sent me an RFI on July 28, 2022 and my B2 visa is already expired. It turns out that I am out of B2 status, because I did not renew it? What should I do now? Do I need to extend the B2 visa in parallel with I-539N application, as USCIS is still considering my file and sent me an RFI on July 28? After all, my B2 already expired since March 2022. Am I illegal in this country& Please, reply ASAP. What I should to do? Thank you.
