  1. How did you end up getting your medicals done so early? They are good for 6 months, and people go for medicals after approval and when they have an interview date already. You should have gotten medicals about three to four weeks before your interview. All that aside, the embassy will require you to get another medical exam, so no need to worry about your visa expiring. Sometimes people wait a while before they travel to the us and those are the ones that have to be concerned with expiring medicals. Also, people who are put on ap, they will always have to get another medical exam before their visa is issued. It could be that the consulate and nvc noticed your medicals would expire before you travel and will be alerting you to get another medical exam before they issue your visa. But this is just speculation. I hope this helped.
  2. When my husband entered after our 2nd anniversary and asked the border officer about that, the officer told him it was up to the uscis to decide that and they'd correct it if need be. And that makes sense since they have the date of your wedding and then the date you enter. So unless he was lied to, the stamp makes no difference and tje class will be corrected when the greencard is printed.
  3. I was able to open a joint bank account with my spouse and it does not always require a ssn. My bank sent him the papers via email and he signed them and sent them back via email. My bank is a credit union. I was also able to add him as an authorized user on my credit card account. Furthermore, I was able to open a joint bank account with him in his country. I hope this helps. Don't give up!
