If you are have already been DQ'd, I think it would be better to hold off and not upload the latest tax returns. Once the interview times comes around, you can always take the all the returns with you (the ones you uploaded as well as the latest ones issued after you were DQ'd). I think that is almost always the situation where the tax returns uploaded may not be the latest ones at the time of the interview, but they were the latest at the time of filling out the NVC application.

I have been having this same issue all day. Affidavit of Support Document (I864A): Webservice unable to scan file. I ensured that all my documents are under 2MB. I compressed the 864EZ to less than 0.5MB and am still getting the same error. I have tried using various browsers as well as my phone to try and upload. I even scanned it in with different resolutions and still getting the same error. Very frustrating. I thought the hard part would have been to get all of the documents ready and organized. Never thought there would be this much issue in uploading.
