Hi, Congratulations on your case!!! May I ask if it is family based or employment based? Everyone's case is different, and I feel that some other people might get confused. I know that employment based, they might waive you the interview. But, if it is an AOS based on marriage, they do the interview 100%. USCIS needs to verify that it is not a fraudulent marriage. I went to see the immigration Doctor for the I- 693. Also very different information. It is great to share our cases here, but like I said before. It might create confusion without the propper background. I asked about which cases people can get a waiver, the Doctor explained me that basically you get it if they do not find you suitable for a vaccine. Pretty much all of the vaccines are mandatory. Especially right now with the COVID-19 Vaccine. If you do not have that one, they might not sign the I-693. I also know there is a possibility of getting a waiver by religious motivos. Like It might be your friend's case. Again congratulations 🎊 👏

Wow that was really fast, I am filing from VA, and I did the biometrics the same day you did. The visa from what I am adjusting though is different. I am still waiting to hear from them. Great news for you and your family. God bless.

Hi All, I wanted to share my AOS timeline, filed in June 2022. I am filing from Falls Church, VA. 6/21 Submitted Aplication lockbox 6/23 Proof of Delivery 6/24 USCIS sends SMS saying they acknowledge receipt and assigned a case number per each form filed 6/28 USCIS cashes checks sent 6/30 USCIS I797 came in the mail 7/01 USCIS Case Online scheduled for biometrics 7/05 USCIS sends security code and I can access account 7/20 USCIS Biometrics appointment done Since 7/ 20 my 765 and 485 are actively reviewed by USCIS and nothing pending at this point.
