    Hello friends. I come with good news! Got approved yesterday, 1/19/23. PD: 4/3/22 AR: 1/19/23 NOA2: 1/19/23 Vermont Service Center. No K3, No RFE, No expedite. I sent an inquiry for my house rep on 1/5/23 and they replied on 1/12/23 saying they sent it out to USCIS but have to give them 30-60 business days to reply. I haven’t heard anything from my house rep yet. Hope there’s more approvals soon

    i know processing time isn’t accurate but mine says 3 weeks. wondering what everyone else’s says

    Hey there. I’m in the same boat, only on case received. Hoping for approvals before the end of the year. I’m regretting not doing the K3 too It is free to submit though. Only by mail.

    Still on case received 🥲 No 129-F. Estimated time says “2 months”

    Yes, almost any approval of this year is with a K3 filed along side of it. I’m April 2022 and still on case received with an “estimate” of 2 more months

    Yeah I’m in a bunch of FB groups to try and track it. Applied in April with K3 in May and got approved these past few days. Very hard on mental health and distance is still awful:( Yeah I think my latest estimate was April haha

    Seen plenty of people today get approved for I-130 from April filing that filed out a K3 visa. Currently beating myself up…
