    NVC

    1) First 2 weeks - NVC Case#, Email registration, DS-3032 emailing, IIN, AOS & IV payment, AOS & IV package delivery to NVC

    2) Second 2 weeks - AOS & IV package entry into NVC system

    3) Third 2 weeks - AOS & IV package review, SIF and CC

    Now you've completed step# 1 and 2. Entering into step# 3.

    So, another 2 more weeks for NVC done!

    i want my Judy home so bad.... i miss her so much .... we've been on this journey for 3 & 1/2 years .. just wish it was over soon....

    you know its 3 am in egypt now i couldnt sleep since he called me ,mentioned that he got just the kids apporved and i just wonder my kids are very young and we all 1 package how they act like stuipd ????

    I really am sorry to hear this really, I'll bet you you will be approved soon .just keep that in your mind and try to rest.... tomorrow is another day right??? who knows , it might be in someones hands tomorrow with approved stamped on it

    I know the feeling, before our noa2 came i was sooooooo depressed... i hardly had the will to get up and face the day(everyday). all that kept me going was : i keep thinking it will be worth all this living hell that we and all visa people have to go through to get our loved ones home.. just keep holding on ok? your time to shine will come soon i promise...     please tell me your opinion ...im may filer and on 24 may we got noa1 for me and my 2 kids on 24 november my kids got touched and me stay on 10 june without touch ...today my husband get approved for my kids and nothing for me yet no touch and no approve ,we all 3 together how it could be and anyone has explain im going be crazy thanks

    Sometimes uscis people are weird. it is really the luck of the draw to who is approved. In my opinion, someone picked up your kids petition but yours wasnt touched.. like i said in my opinion.... Just keep the faith and the NOA2 will come soon

    Minted , You CANT mail the AOS packet until it shows paid and then you can print the barcode sheet to go on the top of your AOS packet....... if you jump the gun and send things before they are requested you might cause confusion at the NVC and that might cause a delay. and we all know the NVC is already confused enough... :rofl:

    I am trying to pay the AOS bill ....the payment thing is really weird. I thought I could just type in my card number, weird. So now I have to look up my routing # on my check! =/

    Yea, they dont take the Credit cards as payment. Only your checking account is accepted

    I see thankyou ya guys! I will start calling Tuesd morning! what about my hubbys stuff the IV , since I will pay the fees do I have to send in all the documents or he can mail his stuff in?

    I don't really know 4 sure, But, this is how Me and my wife did.::: she( beneficiary ) first emailed the NVC her and my email address to get us in NVC's system... Then she emailed the NVC with her homemade version of the ds3032 making me her Choice of Agent... (dont wait for NVC to email you or mail the choice of agent form(will take 48 years ,so to speak) then a few days later NVC emailed ME(petitioner ) the ds3032 form and the AOS bill, either pay online or snail mail the payment to them....when that online status shows "PAID" print out the barcode page and mail out the AOS package or wait and send both together... then a few days later after the Ds3032 is entered in the system, they will generate the IV bill. pay that... wait till "PAID" is showing print barcode page, mail that package out too.... then as usual after that it is the waiting game :( hope that info helps......     ps, make sure your hubby signs EVERYTHING that has to be signed, (you dont want delays right?) and check and double check everything for accuracy.. maybe that will prevent an RFE..

    Also If I am just waiting on my parents employment letters that I should be getting very soon..... is it still okay to call NVC now , or only when I have everything on the checklist?

    Minted... It is ok to call now to NVC... . for the record, it is up to you and your spouse on how fast or slow you plan to get through NVC.. you have up to a year if im not wrong b4 the docs expire... so you can move fast or slow through them .. its up to you ...

    I am lucky in that my husband lives about 5hrs away and we will be together during the holidays. I have had no issues entering the USA, nor him into Canada since we got approved and onto the NVC. We are lucky that way I guess. I just miss him terribly everyday and it just seems like the time will NEVER come that we can actually live together like husband and wife. Until that day I just try to get through without him.

    I wish everyone here at VJ to be together with their loved ones for the holidays, but I know that is not always possible. Even if we were to get approved at NVC by Christmas, I bet we wouldn't have an interview at Montreal until the spring and that certainly SUCKS..ughhh :wacko:

    I hear ya on the missing part. Wow! i wish i lived only 5 hrs from my judy i would be there every weekend...lol i live 10,000 away from my baby.. :wacko: it really does suck.

    Hello tri_gear,

    I sent both packs 17 Nov with delivery 2nd day!! I'm giving them a month for them to enter my docs in the system & review them. I hope i get SIF & CC around Xmas & I'm thinking of a January interview. I belive a month + the extra days to send them everything equals total period at NVC. Cant wait to know when my interview will be so i can squeduel medical & maybe plan some vacation with my husband. :thumbs::star::D

    Yea , Wouldn't that be a nice Xmas gift!! wish it was my wifey here by Xmas instead...lol, wow, that would be the ultimate gift to have our loved ones home by Xmas ? I miss you Judy .

    Minted, you are the primary sponsor , You were unemployed for 2010 ,so thats fine to check unemployed. But, you WILL have to include a I864 form and your tax returns for the past tax year(09) (or past 3...09,08,07)even if you were below the 125% or not. Your parents WILL also have to include their's too (tax papers and I864 form(s) )since they are co sponsoring ... Hope that helps. Wayne(booger)

    Awesome okay, and just to know what to expect I call the number (603-334-0700) hopefully get through to someone then explain I got a NOA2 and I want electronic processing and want my NVC case # and IIN and provide my email and my hubbys email?

    Ohhh my other question! I worked 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and couple months in the beginning of 2010 ...but I am unemployed now and my parents are joint, or co sponsors we live in the same household, I am providing their 3yrs tax info do I need to provide mine even though I am putting unemployed on the employment info, I have the info I don't mind providing it,just don't want to give more papers if I don't need to.

    The anxiety is very normal during this process. Rest assured that you are not the only one.

    I'm quite surprised that NVC stage is more stressful for you, though. It seems that you are breezing through this stage, as compared with USCIS. Also, it is great that NVC allows you to call and get updates with your case. USCIS doesn't really give any.

    I'm not sure what questions you have, but I'll be happy to try and answer them. Hang in there...your journey is almost completed. :thumbs:

    To be quite honest , i am more nervous and stressed at the NVC stage than i was with USCIS... i keep seeing a rfe or delays in my mind.... you know , did i do this ,or that correct , did i sign everything and include enough? i'm about 6 miles past crazyville on all this process,,,,,,,,, i guess that is why i always cut my hair soooooo short , so i cant pull it out and see the new gray hairs from stress and sleepless nights.... i cant focus on work thinking the worst is going to happen to stop us at nvc...... please someone , i am really depressed on everything . really need to have a few Qs answered privately via PM.. anyone ?? :(:(

    Send both I-864 and IV package together?

    This is the main reason why I asked this question. I'll admit I wish I had asked it earlier "doh" but I wasn't able to find anything in my research. So now at least others will know :)

    Well, to be quite honest i sent the AOS and IV out on the same day via overnight mail. but, in 2 seperate packages.. i guess i was being paranoid thinking they might get sent to the wrong department and delayed or something. . also my other thinking was : the AOS says ATTN: CMR AOS and the other coverpage says Attn: CMR only... i'm sure i could have sent them both together and it would have been fine but whats $18 for a little peace of mind thinking they went to the RIGHT departments .... i guess i'm over paranoid anymore on forms and this whole process...lol
