No guys. NVC need English translation of Urdu Nikkah Nama from a certified translator. Any one knows in Lahore?

Note: Kachehri translator people are not certified/authentic according to NVC as they need certification along the translation.

I need to get an English translation of Urdu nikkah nama. Please anyone from Lahore - Pakistan who could recommend authentic translation services in Lahore.

What about the attestation of Urdu to English Nikkah Nama? What are the requirements of English translator?

Nope, no need to upload on CEAC. If the system forces you to upload something, just upload a Word doc saying that the police certificate is not required in Pakistan. 
 

Also, kindly go through the entire thread before contradicting what others are saying. The authentic reference was already provided before you even asking for it. 

Sorry. You are right. What about the DS-5540? Do you take it for the interview or you need to upload it to CEAC. Did you get temp health insurance before you came to the US?

I uploaded the Urdu nikkahnama and English translation as one pdf and the NADRA marriage certificate as another pdf. There were no issues.

Police Certificate is required in the NVC uploaded documents section. According to it, you need to bring all uploaded documents for the visa insterview.

You should get a Nadra Marriage certificate which has English and Urdu info on it.

Is this mandatory? Who asked you to fill this out? NVC or you are doing it on your own?

Hi,

You need to make an account on IRS website and then click on get transcripts. There they will ask you the purpose of getting tax transcripts. You need to choose Immigration there. You will see different years tax transcripts which you need to download and submit to NVC. Past 3 years tax returns are always good.

1040 is not a IRS tax return transcript as it is a tax return copy which you can also send to NVC in case IRS did not upload the transcript in there system. NVC preferred tax transcript.

Hi Everyone,

I am US Citizen and I am going to apply for my wife who is in Pakistan. We got married on May 12th 2017. I have questions for a bonafide marriage proofs and some other questions. I am including a joint bank statement, joint life insurance and 3 letters from my brother, brother in law and a friend.

Questions:

Is it OK/enough to provide above mentioned 3 proofs?

Do I need to notarize these letters if not then what?

I am residing in Florida, USA. Where do I need to send the I-130 petition? Please provide address as I just want to confirm it.

Any help/suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Hello Guys,

I just received today this message.

We have finished processing your passport, and it has been mailed to you using Priority Mail.

You should receive your passport on or about 03/31/2015.

They also provide a tracking number of USPS. But when I try to track, it says "The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later."

Guys any ideas whats going on?

Why do you want to apply for global entry? Whats the benefit?

Today, I received an email from USCIS saying

" We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt Number NBC*xxxxxxxxxxx, with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony. You should receive your notice within 30 days of its mailing date. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

I am sure there is no section mentioned in tracking regarding inline for oath ceremony. I just wanted ti give update on my case,
