Anyone else getting similar status when you're checking USCIS website or it's just mine? Is there an outage or what's going on? My status has been like this for 5 days. It reads "Your case status is unavailable at this time?" Why?? Any clue or help will be so much appreciated. Thanks.

From personal experience, If you're a VAWA and one day you wake up and suddenly you encounter this type of status, or say you found out that an important letter, notices from USCIS was returned back by USPS for whatever reasons. Please, don't waste your time talking to Ombudsman, don't waste your time filing e-Request for a copy or writing letter to USCIS or calling or chatting Emma. They all won't help especially if you're VAWA. You'll waste your time especially if it's an interview or RFE or RFI. Just go straight and write a nicely written letter to your Congressman/woman or Senator and they will help you, esp if it's VAWA. You'll thank me later. Happy new year to everyone.

How far back did it happen to your case? Any approvals or interview or anything on your Case?? Whether before or after that status?

Hi guys. This morning I just realized or seen a new status on my I-131. It's states that "On December 8 2022 correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it." What correspondence is this??? This is on my I-131 that was already approved and received on July 2022 and used it several times already. So what correspondence could this be? Few weeks ago I saw another update saying "A Notice was returned to USCIS because the Post office couldn't deliver it" that's on November 21st of last month. Anyone with similar experiences??? Thank you.

So they told your attorney it was a Prima Facie? And you already got one in October??

Then it could be something else.. Have you already reached out to your Senator or congressman to get a copy of what was returned back?

I got similar update sometimes last week. Just write a letter to your Congressman or Senator requesting help to get a copy from USCIS. I'm also waiting for their response. In most cases I'm told it will be a Prima Facie. Good luck

Mmmmm! Interesting reactions and counter actions!! I like your strategies and planning. Personally myself, I have only contacted my Senator, made an online inquiry to USCIS, I don't plan to call their number or write any letters. And like your case, l also received other letters by same address, infact the most latest one was EAD approval on August 2022. So how they couldn't deliver this time, remains a mystery!!! I also totally understand that Post office is overwhelmed right now because we're in a holiday season, but still...... I have been researching all over the thread's, on other sites such as immhelp...many other websites. But still I couldn't find any straight answers. Let's just hope for the best.
