    The issue is that he can't leave his mom due to her sickness. She is hospitalized and he is the only son.

    Please my friend just got hos CR1 visa but it seems he won't be able to travel till the next 6 months due to the health of his mum. By then his visa would have expired. Please what do you think he can do? Will he need need to start all over again by filing I-130 petition?. Thanks

    We got an email that and we checked our status online and saw the receipt number. Also it says we will receive a mail in our house address

    Hi everyone My spouse filed I-130 form online yesterday and today she got a mail witha receipt number. I thought it takes 2-3 weeks to receive receipt number?. Also how do we know the service center handling our file? The receipt number bnb start with IOE. Thansk

    I'm a newbie here and i want to ask a question. I got married last week to my wife who is an American citizen. She want to petition for CR1 by the end of this month but i want to apply for canada student visa by the end of this year. Please will it affect my USA spousal application or will Canadian immigration deny me the visa cos my USA spousal application? Surely i will be done with my one year postgraduate diploma Thanks
