So happy to share that we got approved!
PD: 06/25/2022
Approval date: 05/24/2023
we filed the petition online and our NOA1 came from Texas service center, last week we got a RFE from Potomac and yesterday the status changed to actively reviewing - and the approval was in the documents tab.
I wish everyone good luck and lots of patience!

Approval : 05/26/2023
Approval came from CSC however were were first at NSC.
No RFE and no K3 !

We started at the Nebraska Service Center, but the approval came from Potomac. No idea when it was transferred, but this seems to be the norm now.
