    Yes, I agree with all u say. I plan to be involved every step of the way, I will be the one doing research. He knows my daughter and love her like his own and we have plenty of evidence since we are in the states on summer and Christmas time

    Thank you, your first line answered my question perfectly because I thought it was for the beneficiaries which is me and my child but it’s just for my information. im just trying to hear from real people as well because I am going to be doing this without a lawyer since I have no criminal record or anything so it should be no complications. thank you again

    I was going through the guides but I guess I’m confused because I don’t know what to fill out for my child. also, I selected 1-130, 130A and G-1145. Should I do all three for my daughter as well? It also mentioned joint lease etc for evidence but since we do not live together what do I submit?
