I made enquiry through congressman and was told it’s still processing normally. In fact I still got a prima facie extension some weeks back. No rfe nothing since Nov 2019. @sandranj

It says it was transferred for faster processing. It says transferred to nbc. But that was since march 2022. After nbc it was at my field office then it got transferred to Chicago processing center. I only got this notice on I485

I am a Nov 2019 filer. No rfe, 6 primafacies. There’s no decision on I360 yet. March 2022 my I485 got transferred for faster processing. September 2022 I sent a letter to Vermont but never got a response, so i contacted my congressman and got a response they’re still working on my case. I submitted a case inquiry online and the last 3 digits for both I360 and I485 has my city code. When it was treated, I received a letter that it’s still processing but the address on the letter was my local field office address. Then I sent an enquiry again in January on the I485, now it’s in Chicago field office because the letter response has Chicago processing center on it. I contacted Emma and chatted with a rep to know what is happening but was told it’s transferred for faster processing. The processing time in my field office is even shorter than that of the Chicago office. Is this normal? Why is my files sent from one field to another without vawa approval yet? @sandranj please help

It shows case was received and receipt issued. No rfe. But I485 was transferred to nbc in March. I reached out to congressman’s office but was told it’s processing normally. Receipt dates are Nov 2019. I did enquire online but got response from my field office

Thank you for your response. Will the files be sent before approval? My case is still pending but my i485 was already transferred from Vermont to nbc in March. Also I got response from my city’s center on the case enquiry I did on both i360 and I485. My I360 and I485 were file in Nov 2019 to Vermont.

Thanks for your response. I will keep waiting and hoping for a good outcome soon. I’m just confused if my applications could leave Vermont before getting I360 approval. I didn’t send medical with my application but never got a deficiency notice when the I485 was transferred to nbc from Vermont.

Thank you for the response but is it common to have I485 transferred to NBC before VAWA approval?

On March 14 I got an update that my I485 was transferred to a new office for faster processing. Since then there’s no update. I filed I360 in November 2019, no rfe, 5 primafacies. I did case enquiry online on both I360 annd I485 and the last 3 digits end with my city. It only responded processing within normal time. I sent a notarized letter to Vermont August ending as that was the outside processing time but never got a response. I submitted an enquiry with my congressman for I360 and was told it now takes over 30months and my case is processing normally. I’m asked to wait till next year for outside processing time request, Does anyone have similar experience? If you submit online enquiry for I360 does it return your city for the last 3. @sandranj @Stillwinning!!!😊 please comment

I got a fourth PF few days back and I also got an update on the service request which states “The status of this service request is: USCIS has reviewed your service request. According to our files, your application is pending background checks. Once those pending background checks have been completed, the file will be shipped to the field office in your jurisdiction for the next steps. No further action is needed from you at this time. We hope this information is helpful to you and we appreciate your continued patience.” @sandranj please what does this mean
