  1. I also sent to Arizona, the service center is shown in my biometric reuse letter (YSC - Potomac Service Center)
  2. WOW!! Congrats!! Wondering which service center are you at?
  3. Agree. I’m still not sure if i want to do N-400 right after eligible date - of course it’s gonna be a family debate on my side as a Chinese (not recognizing dual citizenship and my parents have strong opinions on me being american than any other country’s citizen lol) So I applied Global Entry yesterday with GC expiration date set to 2029, just for quick processing in terms of international traveling and potentially avoiding in-person interaction with CBP staff.
  4. Yeah!! that was super fast. Best wishes to both of us for a speedy outcome Also, @mw & rg k1 here is the ref for service center approval stats from vj https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=3&visa=1&scenter=6&option=2&sortby=2
  5. Nice! lmk which service center is processing your case when you get NOA. Just confirmed with Emma, mine is at YSC....based on some posts i found online, this center might be the slowest one, gg
  6. I would assume it is because my most recent biometrics data was collected for I-485 in 2023. So it’s pretty new.
  7. Got my action taken email and sms around 9pm today. Both NOA1 and bio reuse letters were uploaded, status changed to case being processed. One question: The service center in NOA1 is SCOPS TEXAS FACILITY, but the one in bio reuse says YSC (Potomac Service Center). So which service center is processing my case now??? lol (will ask Emma tomorrow)
  8. I think so too, that's the most you got so far. Along with the rest evidence you have, I believe it's pretty strong. For my case, we submitted all statements since we had the joint account opened after married in 2023....so that's a lot lol I think to have affidavits along with other strong evidence is always the safest option. Our packet is 337 pages...just want to avoid any possiblity of RFE as much as we can
  9. I applied for it way back in 2018, took me 6 months (without premuim processing) for my H1B approval, even with it 3 days is insane...must be an important job lol
  10. I was doing some random screening around my receipt block group and found an I-129 application with the craziest timeline I've ever seen so far lol, nothing related to us but just want to share for fun: case received on 09/15 premium-processing request received on 09/16 case approved on 09/17 what a golden premium-processing experiencewish we have that option as well
  11. I think you should be fine. Safest option might be attaching extension evidence with paystubs for 2024.
  12. Welcome back! I just got both email and sms updates on my case today. Case received and notice sent on 9/16.
  13. Dropped off 337-page packet at UPS today with Next-Day-Air. Now it's out of our mind...big relief
  14. Since Sep 12 is a Friday, sending it to AZ usually takes 2 days (UPS would not deliver package on Sunday), so I would assume the package will arrive on Monday Sep 15, 2025.
  15. Hi @mw & rg k1 old friend lol, hopefully this time the process will be much smoother than the K-1.... Our earliest date to file I-751 is Sep 13, 2025. We will start preparing next week, and plan to drop off at UPS on Sep 12, 2025. So far the processing time indicates 29 months....curious if anyone would choose to apply for US citizenship (3 years if married to a U.S. citizen) while I-751 is still pending?
  16. I can totally relate... I went to DMV and renewed/upgraded my DL to Real ID on Nov 17, and I still haven't got it in mail....Made a call on Dec 29, said it is issued and I will receive it in 2 weeks, I will check the mailbox tomorrow so we will see. I went to SSA office today to update my immigration status and remove the restriction on my old SSN (work only with DHS authorization). Officer said my immigtation status hasn't changed in their system due to my GC is relatively new (said normally take one month after issue to get in the system), so they will manually fax my documents to immigration officer for verification. After verified, they will mail the updated SSN to me. The whole processing would take up to 4 weeks instead of 2, told by the SSA officer. Slow processing as usual....Sigh
  17. Jokes on me as well lol My GC said was delivered by USPS on Dec 22, but the UPS store did not received it (my mailing address is a UPS lockbox, usually I will get an email notification of packages delivered to UPS the same day). My husband thought it might just been the holiday season, UPS busy with all the packages and didn't get the time to scan them all into their system, so we waited til Dec 26, still no result. I was so desperate, we opened a case with USPS and filed a police record of potential lost/theft of ID card and ready to fill I-90 replacement of GC (another 6 months - 1 year perhaps), then guess what.... Right after we reported to the police station on Dec 28, we went back to the UPS store to pick up another package and another employee we know for a long time was nice enough to help us finding it again (3rd attempt after other staff), and finally found it in the pile....lol Looks like it was the USPS fault of not putting that into the package pile on top for them to scan as package (usually they put all the things in a bin and packages with tracking# on top, mails on the bottom), and UPS somehow thought it was a regular mail and did not scan it into the system.... Anyway, what a rollercoaster experience. Big relief that I got the card (they are a surprising amount of USPS losing GC cases I found online, got me so scared)...USPS overall is just 💩💩. I hope USCIS could give more options on carriers especially for important documents like ID card, at least required signatures...
  18. Update: Case status changed to Card Was Picked Up By USPS with tracking number provided. Expected delivery on 12/22/2023 Friday. @mw & rg k1 Looks like mine takes 9 days after approval to received the card. In my case it shows the tracking number when picked up, although I do knew others' status changed to card was delivered (tracking shown after got delivered) directly after case approved.
  19. FYI: I asked Emma today about my green card: Card Produced 12/19/2023, no tracking number yet. (My case status still showing case approved)
  20. My RFE letter is from SAN JOSE field office, but other than that all came from NBC.
  21. I'm in a 0922 wechat group with 140 family based AOS filers, from what I could tell among all the 8 filers who got approved by now, 2 are K1 (including me). Those who got approved with I-130 are case number starting with 09220-09223, while K1 approval filers like me are 09228. So the general idea we discussed is K1 should be relatively faster than spouses that filed AOS with I-130, because we already went through I-129F. So less paperwork to check for USCIS, and probably less chance to get an interview.
  22. I have a friend of mine also answered it wrong without receiving RFE yet. She just uploaded page numbers related to question 61-68 with cover letter explaining changes, did not submit the complete I-485 paperwork and got approval as well. The reason why I submitted the whole form again with initials signed next to changes been made is because that's what is required in the RFE. I think if you haven't received one yet, you can just upload the cover letter along with updated pages as one file in the online account as unsolidated evidence. If your case number started with IOE, I would suggest you wait another week for the online access code, since your filing date is Dec 14. I haven't heard anyone mailed evidence without RFE to USCIS, so better just wait to upload it online. If you get the related RFE before the online access code, that's ok too. Just follow the instructions and mail it. In general, no need to worry too much Hope this helps you!
  23. I don’t think there will be tracking number shown in online account, but you could ask Emma to get it (i will do that next Monday). My research regarding time would be case status updates to “card is being delivered by post office” in 7-8 days after case was approved. Will let y’all know when i get the card. Also hope everyone else speeding approval before New Year!!
