Can anyone recommend a good attorney in the Tracy, CA area who handles naturalization cases? I’d appreciate any suggestions or referrals. Thank you!

Hi all, I had my VAWA petition approved about three years ago on the grounds of bigamy. I’m now approaching the point where I can apply for U.S. citizenship. However, I have not yet formally divorced from the previous marriage. At the time, my attorney advised that since my spouse failed to disclose her prior existing marriage, our marriage was never legally valid to begin with. That said, I would like to proceed with obtaining a formal divorce and would appreciate any recommendations for a good attorney who can assist with this process. @Sandra G. – I’d also appreciate your insight on whether this unresolved marital status could present any issues during the naturalization process. I have no criminal record or removal orders. Thank you all in advance for your guidance and support.

Thank you for the answers. I appreciate all the contributions. I mentioned them in my i-485 but not in the VAWA application. I guess I will need to submit I-864W and i-485.

@Sandra G. Hi Family! I received my LPR through VAWA, and I'm now looking to file for my children (15 and 13 years old), who are here with me in the US. I didn't include them in my initial VAWA application, and I don't know if I should file an I-130 and I-485 or something else. I also need to know what documents to submit with my application. I would appreciate your guidance on this.
