  1. I think I found it. Above the Beneficiary's name on the NOA 2. Thank you so much!!!
  2. My spouse is a Kenyan citizen who has migrated to the states on a K-1 visa. We were married shortly after he arrived and are now working on filing his I-485. I just want to make sure that were are not overlooking an A#, but we can't find it anywhere including on the Visa nor Customs & Boarder Patrol passport stamp where he was Admitted at the port of entry. He was not given any documents when he entered. Are we missing something?
  3. This gives me hope. We have been in refused status with a 221(g) since March 2024. My fiance had to take random drug tests as a result. But on 10/25/24 we received a notice that his passport was being released and to refer to the 221g which says nothing other than Medical Documents must be submitted. After each of his exams, IOM submits the documentation. He went to IOM today because they called him for a random drug test. Upon appearing he told them that his passport had been returned but he had not picked it up from DHL yet. The IOM doctor advised him to go pick up the passport and see if a letter accompanied it and then return. We are confused as to what is happening here.
  4. Past occasional use of khat not ketamine. Two different things.
  5. Any updates on this? My fiance and I are going through the same thing for use of khat. He was given a yellow (Pending) form at the Consulate. The medical examiner called him for a drug test and another one a few months later at which time he spoke with a psychiatrist and admitted to occasional use of khat. It has been a about 3 months since that - so about 6 months total from the first drug test.
