  1. Yes, mine was uploaded March 28th. I really hope so!
  2. Still waiting for my FR. I had the same feeling that maybe I bothered them with my emails. But every single step for me took more than usual timeline. My documents to be uploaded, my NOS to be uploaded, and now waiting for FR. It has been 8 months since I sent them. If I know that they will do it in 2 months, I will relieve. What kills me is the uncertainty. For how long will I wait?
  3. Hi @Mboti, exactly same situation here.. How is your timeline? Do your all documents seem uploaded on the tracker? If yes, when? Mine is pending since March 28th.. and they rejected expedition. Whenever I email them, they tell me that they process the cases according to the order that they receive the cases. Don't know what to do.
  4. I have very similar timeline, and the dates shows exactly the same as yours. I supposed to start working this month, and this thing holds me. I'm so frustrated. My NOS showed up a couple weeks ago, but there is nothing else.
  5. I sent my documents on December 28th, they seemed as received on March 28th. Even though my embassy sent them my NoS a couple times (March 10th and April 14th), and I got a reply from DoS that they received it but they said that I need to wait for it to be uploaded (it has been almost 6 weeks after this reply). I don't know what I should do. There are friends who sent their docs in March, and all seems received in 1 month including the NoS. Or they sent in February and they got their recommendation letter. I approached to a senator caseworker, she said that she didn't hear back from Waiver division, once she got a response she would let me know (3 weeks). I need to start my job in June, this is really insane. I'm frustrated guys. Sorry for the bad mood, but why is this happening to some of us?
