What is the wait time for EB2 ? I'm considering transferring my case to the US consulate in London, but need a better idea what the wait time is like. Currently I'm awaiting an interview at the US consult in Montreal but the wait time is 26 months after being DQ'd. My expedite request was denied from Montreal as well.

Having ties to another consulate country was my impression as well, but my immigration attorney stated that's not necessary. I also have the ability to get a British citizenship since I was born in the UK, but I believe the US consulate in London has a long wait as well.

Expedite interview request was denied the day after it was received. No reason given. Is there a US consulate around with a reasonable wait time for Eb2? I've been told by my immigration attorney to consider another US consulate.
