Love this idea .... thinking now about getting a power of attorney in place and use that as unsolicited upload. We did upload our new state ID cards (as unsolicited evidence) but the will is proving to be a bit more difficult since we would have beneficiaries in multiple countries .... Overall, do love this idea so getting a living will and power of attorney in place between the two of us would make for some very interesting evidence. (kinda wondering if our home purchase also falls into that category, or if we could bombard them with more and more evidence until they just process it, lol)

There is a really cool site out there that is far better than the data I used to post for k-1 approvals. Site rules won't let me share the name (I did once before and was deleted by the mod). That said, here is last weeks stats of approvals by receipt month. 7 - Yes, 7 filers (I-751) were apparently approved last week. It is tiny but at least there is early activity. Like with K-1 the distribution of what is being processed seems to be all over the place, but last week at least the primary wave was centered about 8 months ago. Also like K-1 (if you remember my burndown charts), if that wave didn't catch you ... it could be a while before cases get looked at again. All of this seems quite familiar (and I am sure those that tracked by I-129F burndown data would agree).

For us, Brazil recognizes Dual Citizenship so we just might get going as soon as we are elidgable. With regards to Global Entry, Here was our experience. March 2024 - Wife did Interview on Arrival (far easier than getting an appointment) and approved Plenty of Domestic Trips with "PreCheck" (that is a blessing in its own) January 2025 - 1st use of Global Entry they selected her to talk with, take biometrics again, and admitted (not too hard) September 2025 - 2nd use of Global Entry, Kiosk said not a member, had to divert to the service desk then to the interview desk (no biometrics this trip) We asked about what is next after filing our I-751 We were also told that next trip we would need to bring the extension letter to the appointment desk again (upon arrival) and they would have to update the account once more. Overall, not as seamless as it is for me (Citizen) but not a long line either ...

Yup .... nice to see progress ... As @grumpypiggy can attest, the K-1s when we were early in the process were nightmarish .... anything immigration seems to take a while but somehow it hurts more when it starts as 8 mo estimate and slides out longer and longer as it goes. Almost seems easier to be told up front it's forever and let it be surprisingly shorter (even if not crazy short but atleast there is hope that way)

Looks like we are on your heels ... Received an SMS and Email last night that action was taken ... myUSCIS shows only receipt notice being sent (dated online as 9/19/25 but email was 9/22/25) Card was charged this AM 9/23/25 Maybe we get lucky with NOA and Bio Reuse as well. (and everything done far faster than @OldUser says is normal. Dare to dream)

We are in Brazil for now but packet is basically complete ... just need to add the attestation letters, print it all and ship it the day after we return. I've seen plenty of reports of N400 filing with a cover letter asking for adjudication of the I751 at the same time ... mostly seemed ok (from reports) and a few mixups .. That said, will be starting the N400 proof of marriage packet immediately upon filing the I751 so we are ready on our 3 year (-90 day) window opening

@OldUser, less than a month till we submit our I751 with 100 pages of photos, relevent proofs, and ~100 more of attachments (statements and such). The question I might have for you is, based on all the forums you have been following, the N400 proof document ... should it be 751 proof + next year's (i.e. a continuation) or a new document spaning 751 submission until N400 submission ... Thoughts? Seems online that it is everything but since can be uploaded electronically, trying to plan how to structure the documentation so can continue to capture in preparation for N400 next year

Was reading up on all of this .... Our next trip is before we file the I-751. We were considering another trip after where the I-751 would be in process... So I get in the second case, we need to perfectly preserve the NOA1 from the I-751 showing the extension (a bit silly that the paper needs to be maintained as an origional in perfect condition, but it is what it is) ... Seems that that technically is enough but hoping that if there was more to secure, that we could get that in place before the trip(s).

@OldUser ... Think I have seen you on here quite a bit .... have a weird (but somehow I bet quite common) ROC condition question for you. Maybe you have links from other threads to point us to for details. Will be filing ROC (I-751) in September, and as I understand it, the process will put us into a bit of limbo in particular with international travels. While the NOA-1 and expired CG "should" be enough, in the current climate it would seem that additional steps would make sense. That said, applying for AP (I-131) shows it could take 12-Months just to get a decision and unclear since the status applied under would be a Conditional Permanent Resident so might only be valid until end of Conditional Term. Has this come up before? methods people have used? or challenges they faced?
