    I also found this info Key Policy Update The U.S. State Department will halt immigrant visa adjudications at consulates for nationals of designated countries. The pause is indefinite, with no stated timeline for review or resumption. The measure applies to immigrant visas only (green cards issued abroad), not adjustment of status applications filed within the United States. The administration cites enhanced enforcement of public charge standards as the rationale. It might be applicable for visa adjudication at foreign consulates, with visas issued aboroad- not to the one who is already in the country with whatever case pending

    Hello everyone! Dod you see the latest news? Immigrant visas processing will stop for 75 countries. Will it apply only to those who has not been admitted to the country yet or to everyone? For example, if you are from one of this 75 countries, currently living in US with VAWA application pending. How will you be affected by this new announcement??

    Hello, can anyone help me to figure out which address should i use to mail my final divorce papers to? The original address i filed my case to (as well as received all the aftermath notices) was 38 River Road, Essex Junction. Now, on USCIS website they reference a different mailing address for I360/i485 form which is either PO box 87426, Lincoln NE (if using USPS) OR 850 S St. Lincoln, NE (if Fedex). Please advise what address to use ?

    I am May 2022 filler and same as you- did everything on my own, got EAD combo cards first for 2 years, then last year renewed for 5 years. Getting Prima Facia letters every 6 months. Same as you- never received any RFEs. I just cant wait for all this waiting time to be over and get hopefully an Approval. Keep me posted on your progress because we are very very close with filing time!!!

    I just got the renewed Prima Facia in May. I really hope they touched that file so to send me an approval 🙏😃

    Good morning!! Today my i-360 and i485 statuses changed to “Correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it”( even though i didnt send any additional correspondence besides the originally filed packages i360/i485 back in May 2022). Meanwhile i received 3 Prima Facias and recently filed for EAD renewal. i hope this updated status means that USCIS is looking into my i360 so to make a decision??!! If anyone experienced something similar, i would very appreciate your insight!!!)))
