    Any one can answer this question: Me and my wife received immigration visa, and my son's immigration visa processing pending.(Refuse status) Is there any negative effect on my son's pending status if me and my wife enter in US ?

    It's 15 to 20 days if no document missing. otherwise before 60 days

    Make sure you have updated police certificate (with finger print). My was expired and new one was without fringer print(Just police certificate). All same as mention by Krishna. Good luck all. Thanks for your support.
