What barcode sheet? are you talking about the ds230 coversheet or different cover?we got the coversheet...pls reply asap..thank's

We just called the NVC today and found out that they already generated our ds230..now my question is it ok if we mail our ds230 right away using james shortcut ? we are planning to mail it overnight..thank's for the reply...

Yes your right I called the NVC and they said just needed the 2x2 pictures and copy of passport.

Do you know if we were suppose to send a cover letter with ds-230 cover letter?

We found out the missing document was the ds-230 which I sent in lol.

So no RF so far yahoo:-)

I supposed you just got the false rfe coz we got it too it only means your ds230 that they are waiting...did you use jamesshortcut in sending your ds230?

In my case i sent my hubby a US 2x2 passport size picture for my ds230..not the philippine passport size i hope i'm right on this...

Hi Dennishiella, usually NVC generates DS 230 on Mondays (mine was Apr/21), so I asked my husband to keep calling NVC to get a date from them since we would be using JSC to generate our barcode coversheet and they confirmed it as Apr 21. I was sure that it would be a Monday date since I had read many posts in here mentioning that they generate DS 230 on Mondays and they did so. Keep calling them untill you get a date from them, they will let you know for sure!

ALOHA!everyone...were planning to use James Shortcut for our DS230, would it matter if we use a regular envelope sending this documents?we noticed that on our AOS packet envelope,there was 4 bold letters(APPT)in the front.your reply would be highly appreciated,thank u much

did u pay your IV BILL online? if u did u dont need to wait for them to generate it one your payment shows paid just print out the coversheet from online payment u made and print the ds230 form from their website then send it.

i wish we did, but from what we've read from other peepz that did it before, i wouldnt reccomend using it for now.thanks for your reply anyways.godbless...

hi there im back again i have no copy of my g325 and it bothers me now since i have to fill out the ds230...now i can't recall the month that i wrote there regarding to my previous work im worried that i might write the wrong month in my ds230 right now..would it be ok if i'll just write N/A on my ds230 (previous employment) im really worried..thanks for the hep...Godbless us all!!!

i already send 2 2x2 US passport style photos with my ds230 to my husband along with other docs..right now we are in the process of IV bill ours was generated on march 31 until now we do not have it yet..hoping to receive it sometime this week..we also send the AOS fee to the nvc and its not yet entered to their sysytem..am i correct for the photos coz im a little bit confused about it if its US or a Typical philippine passport? your reply would be a big help..thanks

ah ok so ill not send this police cert of mine to the nvc just the nbi...maybe it would not matter to send them both what do you think?thanks again...i sent all my ds230 docs to my husband this afternoon and i wish for a faster process coz my husband will be having his training on 3rd week of may..we are praying that we are done before his training coz no one can mail them to the nvc..we are still waiting for the iv bill now it was generated on 31st of march...wish us luck...
