It's common for your CEAC status to be "refused" for a few days before your visa is printed and the status changes to "Issued". I would not worry about it. Congratulations on your visa approval.
i just hope thats the case 🥺 thank you!

If they are still doing prescreening you would not be sent forward to the Consulate without the Physical. That was the procedure in the past. You should be OK.
Booked my own appointment thru CGI. just anxious why they asked me if I already did my medical. I read some post that they waited for months because St Lukes didnt forward their Medical to USEM. And I keep calling ang mailing SLEC but no anwser

We experienced the same thing and the problem turned out to be an AKA NBI. For us this resulted in a disaster that took over 18 months to correct with COVID and St. Lukes presenting obstacles at every turn. The frustrating part is the lack of communication with the Embassy. Let's hope that your administrative processing is a simple and easily correctable matter.
all our documents are good. but yesterday on pre-screening and my interview they both asked me if my medical is done? and I said yes. do you think St. Lukes haven't forwarded it yet? I undergo sputum by the way

Yea who knows? But imagine if you submitted your DS-260 on March 11th. Then waited 60 days to submit your PCC or even all your required docs. You think you'd still get DQ today? or ahead of someone who turned everything in on say March 12th or 13th? Or if you never turned in a required doc, would they still review the case? 🤷🏻♂️
GOD BLESS YOU. HOPE YOU GET DQ SOON

What I'm saying is I think a case is considered submitted when the final required document is submitted, for you March 16th. Imagine if you did the DS-260 but submitted no required docs; why would they review your case? But I could be wrong.
i think its from the submission of DS260. because we also submitted all the documents that day except from my Police Clearance which i submitted March16. and I dont think the NVC will review it right away on March11 right? i havent heard someone got DQ under 70days even on FB pages and group. lets not confuse others

I'd count that as 69 days. I'm assuming under the required docs you put the 2020 tax transcript? I think your submission date should be March 16th, then. My understanding is adding additional docs doesn't reset it.
-it's 75days from March11 til today.
-March 11 is the day we submitted DS260 and March16 we completed all the required documents.
-submitted Federal Income Tax return (1040) of 2021, IRS Transcripts of 2020 and 2019 under required documents.
just because my hubby's 2021 transcript was not yet available online by that time. I only uploaded the 2021 transcript under addtional documents last May21 because i got anxious that they will ask for it and give us RFE.
And now the 2021 transcript is already under the required documents when we got DQ, they moved it

Embassy interview approved but Refused on the CEAC Tracker after
in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports
Posted
UPDATE:
As of October 6, 2022 my status is still refused. September 22, we sent an inquiry on Immigrant Visa Inquiry Form on why my status is refused. Found out that I was under 221g because my medical report didn't reflect on US Embassy system. September 28, my husband requested USEM to request a hardcopy of my medical from St. Luke's (no reply). October 4, he sent a follow-up inquiry and they said that they received my medical report on September 30 and referred the case to a Consular Officer.
