  1. Hey there, this is kinda funny, you married your wife in 2022, I married mine in 2021, your 90 day window starts in Jan next year, mine started in Jan this year lol. Anyway, don't worry about it, I understand your concerns but like @OldUser said (he's the best at advices) just file it and you'll get that extension letter for 48 months, but meanwhile if you want, you can do the N-400 and they expedite the I-751 to accommodate the N-400 faster processing time, after that, no more dealing with USCIS.
  2. Received Biometrics appointment letter. Hmm, I'm kinda surprised there's only two April 2025 filers in this forum. April 1st - Filed I-751 April 13th - Received NOA1 (Extension Letter) April 15th - Biometrics scheduled
  3. I just got my NOA1 aka Extension letter. Now I feel a little better 😌 April 1st - Filed I-751 April 13th - Received NOA1 (Extention Letter)
  4. Of course, that's exactly what I'll do in 1 year time, also because if I want to either get a government contract or apply for government work, I have to be a US citizen. That one about anyone making a mistake and mark us as a "US Citizen" is the one that scares me the most.
  5. Very well, I understand that, but with proof, I believe that they wouldn't stress about it, unless you're giving false information about your name or where you live. But ok I understand that now, but that is in the forms, people can read the forms and see if they have any issue with any of the questions. I'm just saying this, because after you become a citizen there's no more fearmongering from the media about you leaving the US and more... I'm not doubting what he's saying, I was just trying to understand his point of view...I'm not the type of person that takes an answer straight up and just says ok, if I have questions or doubts I ask.
  6. How can you lose your GC when applying for N-400? Because if you'll lose it when applying for that you will also lose it when renewing it. And what do you mean "Have you ever..." questions? They only ask about USA culture and it's more political, so I don't understand what you're saying. Also, I know a person that has a few DWI's and once was in a car that ran away from police and he has already tried multiple times and ofc they don't accept it, but he never lost his GC...
  7. I honestly don't understand what's the issue with doing the N-400, the questions are easy, and basically that's it...what's the point of waiting 2 years for a 10 yr GC?
  8. Hey guys, so I just filed through my lawyer, but my GC expires on the 4th of April, I hope I dont get in trouble. April 1st - Filed I-751
