Just thought I'd update this, we got our second Hep A/B vaccines yesterday at a local pharmacy. Not needed for immigration, but we thought we might as well have them done so we've got the full course and are covered for school/travel if needed.

The email response I got was on the same day I applied, but I sent the application at like, 5am on the monday. The response was just the automated email that looked like the screenshot attached, similar to the email received when you emailed to ask for an application form. It says in the email that once the application is submitted, you'll be emailed once the certificate is dispatched, although I've heard some people never get this email 

They sign you off from needing the full course once they give you the first dose plus giving you a paperwork to show that too... My medical was on 9th of June so pretty fresh 😆

Thanks for that timeline. When you get an interview date, you can make your visa medical exam appointment. Then if you are getting shots at the GP (or Boots etc) plan them for about 3 weeks before you have the Visa exam. Then any other Hep doses would be waived for “insufficient time interval”. The Hep B doseing is complicated. The chart says 2, 3, or 4 doses. It depends on the brand you are given. Get one of any brand then get additional waived as explained above. You don’t have to finish the dosing ever. Anything you are missing can also be given at the visa exam for an additional fee..

I was just told nvc have received it and the case is waiting for data entry in their systems

I sent my 2nd enquiry on 8th May and they replied today with the same response yet again. I sent my I-797 to them as requested in my first enquiry. I sent them the I-797 notice on the 3rd of May and was told on the 4th May that they would contact USCIS to see where my case is, but I've had no response since then. 

Honestly feels like a sick joke that our cases are taking over 2 months to reach NVC when literally every timeline I saw previously only had about 4-6 weeks of waiting at most

I received same generic response.  Such BS

its extremely disappointing to wait for god alone knows how much more time even after an approval...They have no set pattern of sending approved petitions to NVC... :(

I haven't received anything yet from nvc and my noa2 date on the letter said 10th march so I'm assuming that's the correct date, despite it saying march 13th on the online tracker.

Last inquiry was April 28, and they responded that they had not yet received my petition. 

REceived notification with our case # and that it is in transit to the Consulate in Athens, Greece. FINALLYYYYY! 

It's 13th march on the website and 10th March on the actual Notice. Is it the same case with you ?

Ah okay, yes that happened with me, I send a inquiry Sunday, I’m waiting a answer of the nvc still 

I've been searching the forums to find more current info on the process after NOA2 and I've been unable to find anything recent/clear.  What happens after I (petitioner) receive our NOA2?  I'm getting ready to leave the States for 2 months to visit my fiancé and anticipate our approval letter arriving somewhere during that timeframe (according to USCIS website processing times, we should have a response as soon as next week and as late as mid-December).  I want to make sure I leave behind any important, pre-prepared documents with my parents to mail on my behalf if there's anything that needs to be sent to the NVC once we get the NOA2.
 
In short, do we need to immediately submit any documents after NOA2, or are we just gathering important documents while we wait for our case to be transferred from NVC to the US embassy in my fiancé's home country?
