Interesting. Any idea when this took place? It would indeed be nice to be the 2nd in the queue.

Kampala does not handle immigrant visas.  If you live in Uganda, your spouse visa case will be processed at the US consulate in Nairobi.  You will need to travel there for your visa interview.

Not entirely the case. I'm a foreign national living in Uganda and my interview location has apparently been set to take place in kampala. I'm wondering why that is the case anyway because I've long been aware that kampala does not conduct immigrant visa interviews.

Straight to the point; Typically what is the message ( I mean in real content, word for word)once one is documentarily qualified and all approved for the next step of the immigration process. 

I have a funny case scenario here where by a household member of a joint sponsor (AoS) entries I made has been completely quashed (reading START NOW) whilst at the same I have been deemed DQ'd.

Shall appreciate your feedbacks folks
