    Thats what i thought too, but you know there's no transparentize and no real way to challenge the decision. I called a senator so hopefully that helps but honestly i think we are waiting until October, by the time the mail gets there then send to embassy then approved by them the baby will be already here. And In the Philippines it takes 6 months for a baby to get a CBRA

    Yeah have my step dad send in a 864a signed and his passport which i don't know if he has i thought it was 6 months from her visit to st lukes

    If a joint sponsor files their taxes with their spouse it was my understanding that they could file 864 by themselves without using the 864a.they write and sign a letter and send their w2s

    My wife had a interview today, we have a joint sponsor who filed her taxes with her husband, we gave a note to say she didnt want o use him as a sponsor, her income was enough for 5 people, at the interview they denied my wife and said my joint sponsor didnt make enough and because she doesnt have a phone couldnt call me then they wouldnt let her back in to try to make her case and show the documents again proving that here is the w2s, the letter saying no need for husband to be a joint sponsor and we had transcript, my wife is pregnant and we got expedite because it is high risk

    I got my FBI rap sheet today for the CFO interview and well I was wild boy. Anyways I found out they(FBI) didnt seal my felonies under youthful Offender. Will they fail us, what can i show them that it was almost 40 years ago, and i've been a good boy, Because i had a pocket knife they are saying i am violent Felon but nothing like that i just had a pocket knife that was like a inch over NYS limit

    Hi, this isnt just Philippines everybody has to wait at least 2 days prior to interview but everyone who interviews and i think that this question should be in front of everyone

    My wife has to travel for the interview/biometrics i noticed it was a 2 day wait, my question is what is the furthest it can done, our plan was she has to travel a month before for her physical then back for interview but i seen its at least a two day wait to do Biometrics, can we do them when she is there for medical

    I seen this at the bottom of the page K/Fiancé/e Visas The IV Tool cannot be used for fiancé/e cases processed as K-1 or K-2. The Embassy or Consulate schedules the visa interview once all required documents have been provided.

    I can't find any info on this so ill ask, we had a baby while waiting for the CR-1, last year my income was below what is need for the extra family member, this year it is above, i think its like 6500 extra a person, we got DQed and are waiting for the interview. My question is: without a sponsor can i show then the updated taxes if accepted in February or do i have to wait until April 15 for them to become valid
