    Hi mam521, thank you for your reply. I was just reading up on ‘Adjustment of Status’. Since my daughter is already here on a tourist visa, I might as well apply that by filling form I-485.

    I petitioned a GC for my adult daughter around 3 years ago but I have since become a US citizen September of last year. Do you think I should start another new petition for her now that I’ve been naturalized or do I go on with the current one?
