This is an error. The early filing calculator shows that your 90-day windows begins Feb 10th. Did you negotiate with the officer? Did you try to show them evidence that you filed within the 90-day window?
Yes, but they send me to fill the N336 form.

I wanted to apply right after 12, but then waited, and applied by 10am on February 10, so yeah, my receipt number shows February 10, what about yours?

Hey! I've became a US resident on May 11 2016, applied on February 10 2021, became a US citizen on August 17 2021 with no problem, I also used a USCIS earlier filing calculator. But here is thing, if you applied immediately between February 9th and the 10th, then they will consider your application to be reviewed on the 9th because of timezones differences, look carefully at your case receipt, look at the line indicating "received date" at the left upper corner, right under line "receipt number" if it shows February 10 that you must fight. Good luck to you!
Thank you, your receipt was for February 10 2021 ?

Did you receive a receipt letter after you apply? What this later say about the date?
Receipt 02/10/2021

That is bad, I applied again, but I am also thinking of appealing the decision. I know I will spend more money, and I do not know which appointment will be faster.

I just did the math on the calendar. Between Feb 10th and May 11th there is exactly 90 days. Did the officer tell you how many days you filed too early? Was it possible to show them the USCIS calculator on the phone verifying that the web site gave the correct date?
SHE SAY'S 1 DAY EARLY

Based on your posts, it looks like an error on their part or a time zone issue. You might win an appeal.
What time did you submit the application online?
FEB-10-2021 PAYMENT SUBMITTED AT 12:30PM NEW YORK TIME

GOOD MORNING, last Feb / 10/2021 I applied for citizenship (for-N400), on Sept / 18/2021 was my interview. I passed the exam but my case was denied because they said that I sent my application too early.
I am a resident since May-11-2016.
Permanent Resident Anniversary Date:
Month 05- Day 11 Year 2021
Earliest Accepted Filing Date:
02/10/2021.
Do you think there was an error in the official denying me my application since it can be completed with 90 days before the 5 years? Earliest Accepted Filing Date:
02/10 / 2021. so says the uscis page.https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator
or is the officer's decision correct?
N-400 case denied -- can you help me?

Hello, I get the same problem.
here is the best Way to Solve this problem.
- I fill the N336 , don’t work, the waiting time it’s crazy. So Don’t do it.
the Easy way it’s just Filling The N400 right now, just do it without try to find another solution.
i do it the same day now I’m usa Citizen.
