now I found a new thing to be nervous about 😂  Im a truck driver meaning that im on the road a lot, hopefully it wont be an issue (lost my job due covid, and turned out I like this driving thing and dont want to get back to construction, it was breaking my back)

DO NOT LISTEN TO ALL THIS PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING TO CONFUSE YOU.
I was in the EXACT (even crazier)  situation as you.... We (my wife and I)  were living apart (2 different states) and my job allowing me one week off every month to go see my wife. 
You just have to have only one permanent address
Do not put more than one address when you filling, It will confuse the immigration officer.
 
I still got approved with no RFE nor interview 
 
I have submitted the following 
 
+ A cover letter  explaining EXACTLY our living condition. I did not try to hide anything. 
+ A letter from my contract with my employer specifying that, I will be off work 1 week every month to go see my wife.
+ Bunch of notice of assignments in different states ( Arizona, Utah, Texas,Virginia etc...😓😓😓) I have been moving all over this country and still is. 
+ Joint Lease (Only one address)
+ BUNCH of plane tickets showing that I have been visiting my wife and vise versa
+ Joint Insurances (medical dental and vision) and medical bills showing we are both using the insurance.
+ Live insurance policy showing that my wife will be beneficiary if anything happens to me
+ Utility Bills
+ Tax (Filed as married but filed separately)
+Bunch of credit cards statements.
I didn't bother sending joint bank account statements since my wife is the only one using that bank account. 
I didn't BOTHER sending this people pictures. . 
 
That's my story, I hope this will help somebody. Good luck guys, stay strong and have faith.

Some update:
I made my lawyer to send a copy of the I751 because still no word from USCIS. As checking the form I noticed he left my wifes (usc) birth of date BLANK and put the wrong city name as place of marriage.
 
so I called him back and he said these cant be a problem, I should get the receipt notice in weeks. I only responded him an okay, because I felt im about to start yelling in 10 sec 😂
 
any suggestions what to do? Or what to expect? Will USCIS send the whole package back? 

In general, packages are returned if a signature on the form is missing or the payment is wrong.
Missing documents, blank fields, unchecked boxes, etc., are reasons to get an RFE.
 
So you will very likely receive an RFE.
Regarding your notice, it might be on the way to your home already. 2 to 4 weeks is within the normal waiting time.

I just talked with the lawyer, yes he said that 6weeks. So I called USCIS and after 58 minutes of awesome music I was able to talk with somebody. He said the case was received but is still under process, no receipt number yet.  I was told if no mail by Sept 16 (30 days since mail arrived to them) request a case inquiry.

We filed our I751 and it was received on the 16th of August according to the usps mail tracker.  Since today I still dont get a receipt in mail. (We filed with lawyer no G1145, I did not know about that option)
 
I see that everybody getting the receipts in a couple of days. Anybody has any Idea whats going on with my case? Lawyer said it can take up to 6 weeks, Im just wondering why everybody is on a fast track but me
