If you had charges in India and in the interview you said no charges, they may consider that misrepresentation. If you got an RFE to submit your PCC from India, then that is your next step. If you don't respond to the RFE then your I-485 will likely be denied as abandoned.

Responded to RFE and submitted PCC and case close documents. I shared all details to my Attorney, but they didnt include all these charges info and at the time of interview also , my attorney said, dont disclose and confuse them. That's why , i said no charges. I 130 approved and waiting for the I-485. how long it will take for decision?  Is there any issues with those closed case?

Attorney said, he will explain to them in RFE. Due to confusion and charges are closed. No active charges pending that's why he said No.

In interview, they asked any charges iin worldwide and i said No and they asked to sign on all answers i gave.

I got RFE to provide PCC for last 5 years from India and any charges filed, charges and court clearance documents for those charges.

I gave applied for PCC and i got it.

Also, I have charges in India in 2018 and its compromised and disposed in court , i have all documents.

Is there any problem now, if i shared thsose court docs? because i said no charges and if i submit the RFE docs. pls suggest me. I have attorney also.

No one knows when you will get the EAD, anytime from tomorrow to the end of the year, maybe you will get a green card approved first, it happens sometimes.

When can I expect EAD or response from USCIS? I have expedite for EAD on 2/27/2023.

I got 2nd married to US citizen and i got divorce from my previous marriage in india. My ex-wife filed 498-a and due to that i got blue corner notice and LOC issued.

Now cases are closed in india but i don't know abt LOC and blue notice status. Will it impact my IR1 process? I want to apply for GC next month.

I am currently on H1 and staying in USA. I got married 13 months ago and my spouse is USA citizen. If i apply for GC in March 2022, can i get permanent GC (without conditional) by the end of processing time? Pls let me know.

Because processing time taking 8 to 10 months. I am residing in Charlotte, NC.

But speeding tkt is different than reckless driving. That's why i am getting nerves.

In 2019 i got reckless driving charge, due to covid my court date was delayed and in 2021 Feb  i paid the fine with felling guilty and i got 4 points. Case was disposed.

I got married in 2020 Dec (My spouse is a citizen) and I want apply for family based GC in 2022 March. Currently i am on H1B (work visa).

Is reckless driving charge will impact in my GC process? please let me know.
