Hi everybody! Today they sent our packet back and in the notice says we didnt complete application type 😕 But i checked i485 and application type section was complete. And can i use the documents i submited before because i only brought 1 birth certificate 😕

This happened to us and unfortunately our package was sent back, so I think you should probably keep your eyes open for a return package. It took about 2-3 weeks for the package to come back. The second time around our money was deducted in less than 48 hours after it was received.

If it shows delivered it should be there at least. It took ours 28 days after shipping. No cashed check, no NOA1. We were freaking out. But 28 days later the check was cashed and we received the texts for all 3 packets.

hey everyone i have situation 😕 We sent our packet to Chicago 2 weeks ago today and it delivered by ups on thursday the same week. Unfortunately we havent heard anything since then. They didnt cash money order but there is nothing in our mailbox neither. Is there any email address or phone number that we can ask for the packet?

Just heads up, I’m not sure is it here or in January tread but some people have been writing that they needed actually 45days for second inquiry instead of 30.

 

I can imagine how are you filling with the 1February and probably 270+ days. I’m at 252days since NO1 and it is depressing…

He said he did, i didnt check his emails but the dates that he said in those days was matching with the people who sent inquiries on both dates. Maybe he did something else but we got NOA2 one way or another. I hope everybody can get their NOA2 so soon  

Hi everyone! 9th november we got approved thanks to Allah  Our NOA1 is 25th feb and we sent inquiries twice 24th october and 26th october. they said they  will inform us untill 15th-18th november and 6 days ago they sent an email our case was being adjudicated. Noa2 came 9th november!

Hi! on monday ı will try my best to apply for a date but there is a part with a medical school if they can be able to send my infos quick then I can be certain with the date... But my estimation with the date late february or early march.. I hope my visa can be done by that time... When do you wanna get the exam? did you start studying?

Hi everyone!!! congratulations to everybody who got their NOA2 I'm feb 25 filler still waiting, and trying to study for usmle step 1. every single day it is getting harder for me to not hear anything.. I hope sooner we all can get some kind of answer...
