Documentation that shows that the absence was temporary. Eg. husbands contract  .. and documentation that shows you retained strong primary domicile in the  US during the absence..  . bank accounts, drivers licence, tax returns etc

yayyy congratulations you’re almost done!!! Keep us posted.

People in February getting theirs right now, Atlanta seems slow in all months.

Ok so that gives me some insight for mine.  I’ve noticed the 3 year marriage rule gets a preference over the 5 year based.

I’m assuming yours was based on 5 year residency?

Did you do paper filing or online?

I’m 3 months after you based on 5 year residency and filed online.

hi I'm 3 years rule, I filed online. Goodluck to you. yes I will keep posted here.

Anyone else experiencing quick updates with regards to the N-400?

I submitted my N-400 paperwork on DEC 16. On Dec 21, they waived my biomentrics appt and transferred my previous application (adjustment of status based on marriage to a new office - I think it's because I moved to a different state).

The surprising (and great) news is that yesterday - Jan 05- they sent me an update saying that my N-400 interview was scheduled! 😱

Does anyone know how long from receiving the "interview was scheduled" notice to the actual interview date?

Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Wow! congratulations... 3 years or 5 years rule?
