    The message I received said to go to USCIS.gov for information. Are they going to send me information on how to proceed? It wasn't very clear to me. Thanks for any input.

    I received a RFE notice from USCIS requesting more information, I applied September 1 of 2021. Why would they wait 14 months to request more info. I mailed my application. That was probably a mistake. I wonder if they lost my documents? I had sent most of the additional info that they requested. I failed to file I 130A On their page to submit documents you can only submit 5 different items. The form I 130 A is 7 pages. So how do I get around that? thanks for any input

    I can't find the page now. It listed all petition filed. Approved and pending. I don't remember exactly but it had the dates of the approved and pending. Yes, I filed by mail.

    Hi I filed my CR-1 petition on August 23, 2021. The NOA for the I-130 is August 31, 2021. I do not see my petition listed on the site that lists all petitions. Does that mean it was lost? Any ideas as to what to do? CSIS has not requested anything. thanks jack overlie

    Hi..I have been married 2 years to a Colombian. I am a US citizen residing in Colombia. We had a baby 2 weeks ago. Should I notify immigration?

    My Visajourney timeline showed in April that approval was imminent any day. Now VJ says July 22. I wonder what happened? Nothing new in my account.
