Thank you.  You're very kind to reply and list the examples.  I agree, where my confusion is.  I don't have those history except for the vaccines.  Got a C section when my son was born 27 years ago, other than I don't even know what my doctor will write except.. Blood, organs all healthy . Thanks again.

Arles got a reaction from macorbin in NOVEMBER 2020 I-129F K-1 FILERS
We have called last Friday, 24th of September and learned about that they have not received our petition yet.  No file.  So we have sent an Email as per recommendation of NVC to nvcresearch@state.gov.  Our NOA2 approval doc scanned and sent.  We are still awaiting for our NVC Number to continue process.  That means it is the 9th week, no NVC number as of to date.  Frustrating.  Thank you for responding.

Hi..so far this is one of them... Got this guideline in the courtesy of Greenbaum

number. Below is the process for e-mailing NVC. E-mail: NVCInquiry@state.gov
    REQUIRED SECURITY INFORMATION:
You are required to provide the following security information with each inquiry to receive a case- specific response:
    * NVC Case Number or USCIS Receipt Number (Place in the subject line of the e-mail). * Petitioner's name and date of birth.
    * Principal Applicant's name and date of birth.
I recommended that you e-mail NVC for your Case #, which will give you correspondence sooner than the hard copy of the letter arriving in the mail.
    19. Getting an e-mail of your Case Number
The quickest way to get a copy of your Case # is by e-mailing NVC and requesting your case file
