Depends on your risk tolerance.
If you work and your I-130 and I-485 petitions are approved, there's no problem as any out of status or unauthorized work is forgiven when married to US citizen.
However, if they deny you... Then it becomes a problem.
okay. Thank you. what kind of problem?

Hi
I am an international student married to a US citizen and waiting for my interview date. But I have been issued an EAD since March 2022 and advance parole in October 2022. I am still in F1 status since I have not used the EAD, but now I want to use my EAD because I have an internship/Co-op position I need to purse before graduation. I was told if I work with my card, I won't be on F1 and will face consequences that might relate to my green card application for being out of status while awaiting green card. my EAD says I do not have any restrictions on it.
What would you advise me to do?
Thank you as you provide answers for me.

Hi All,
I just received my EAD card and I am a graduate student on F1. the day my EAD Card arrived, i got a new social security card. this social security card is the same as the previous one I had with the conditions "valid for work only with dhs authorization. My question now is, am I not supposed to work the number of hours I want and not be limited to 20 hrs per week as with F1 conditions for international students since I have EAD card. My EAD card also says "terms and condiitons" None.
Thank you

As a follow up to this question,
how do we calculate the income we do not have the paystub from january to august, my husband changed jobs in septemember and his paystub from previous job can only be downloaded from his online account with the Company. since leaving the previous company, he cannot access the company' sites to download paystub.
my question is, should we only add the 4 months of available paystub? (The 864 instructions say 6 months) and calculate current income from the last paystub?

we were asked for request for evidence for form I-864. and they noted that we need to provide tax return documents for the most recent tax year. So for the form I-864, part 6 no 1 asked "i am currently employed as a " we answeed a nurse as he changed jobs this year. Part 6 no 7 asked for"INDIVIDUAL ANNUAL INCOME" , my question is, is income suuposed to be the income from 2020 calculated from TAX return, or his current inocme for 2021 as this is the end of 2021.
Below is their request
"Submit a completed and signed Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, from the petitioning sponsor.
All pages must be present and of the latest edition date. Provide the petitioning sponsor's Social Security Number on Form I-864.
Provide a complete and correctly calculated household size for the petitioning sponsor on Form I-864.
Submit a complete copy of the petitioning sponsor’s Federal income tax return, including all supporting tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, Form 2555, and tax schedules) filed with the return, for the most recent tax year.

If you are Age 14–78 then it's $1225 for I-485: https://www.uscis.gov/i-485
I am 29 years old.
So, does this mean i will only pay for I-485 and not for I-130?

2. do i have to do medicals when submittimg or is better to do medicals when called for interview?
