Are there a lot of extra shots? She's just gotten almost all the shots on the list at the Phuket Town hospital for about 1,500 baht.

For #23 I'd suggest leaving it blank, and hand writing it in.

Each country is different, but that's about right.

In a thread here where a former USCIS employee talks about his time with USCIS, he mentioned that most of the people reviewing the I129F's were teleworkers. So my guess is there's a quota for how many applications they touch/review in a week, and its just up to them what day they decide to do it.

Around how much should I budget for the cost of the doctor check in Bangkok? (Assuming they don't try and charge her 12,000 baht for a non-required vaccination)

We didn't include either a birth certificate or passport and received our NOA2 just recently, so I wouldn't worry about it. But if it makes you feel more comfortable include, I don't think it hurts any to include too much documentation.

For #1, how long after going does it take to get the actual report? Do they mail it, or does she have to go back to pick it up?

Got some questions:
1. Can the police report be done via the mail, or must it be done in person in Bangkok?
2. For the medical evaluation, how far in advance of the medical date does it need to be done?
3. For question 20 on the DS-230, what do you do if she lived in several cities, but for less than 6 months? Just leave a "hole" in the timeline?
4. For questions 22 on the DS-230, I don't think she can honestly remember every place she worked for the last 10 years. She works at beauty salons, and is constantly switching between them as her friends leave or the shop shuts down and a new owner takes over. I'm just going to assume a "best effort" should be enough? Put jobs that don't have room on the form on a "supplemental"?

You might want to call the embassy first and make sure you'll be allowed into the interview. In the Thailand thread they mentioned that starting in March they no longer allow anyone into the interview.

Question about the physical. How far in advance of the interview date does it need to be done? Can the police report be done by phone/mail or must she go to Bangkok to have it done? My Lisa lives in Phuket, and I'd like to minimize the number of trips she needs to make to Bangkok.

Hi everyone. I've got a few more stupid questions about filling out my I129F and g325a.
My fiance doesn't have a middle name. Do I leave the middle name fields blank, or type in none?
Also, for question 18 on the I129F. How much detail do I need to go into? Is this good enough:
"I first met her on vacation in Thailand through one of my friends who went to school in the USA. Since then I have visited her in Thailand several times. The last time I visited her was March 2007."
Or do I need to detail every time I've met with her when visiting Thailand over the last 5 years?
Also, anyone out there willing to review my application before I send it in?
Any help and advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I used to fill in the green form, too... that's the I-94W for people coming on the VWP. But when you enter on your K1, you won't be using the VWP (obviously) so you'll fill in the I-94 instead - anyone entering on a visa of any type will be filling one of those in - you'll most likely be given the form on the plane, and they might try to give you the green form (in the incorrect assumption you're using the VWP)... make sure you get the white one!
Okay great thank you very much
Any way to get the form ahead of time? My fiance speaks pretty well, but can't read too well (non-roman alphabet). That way I can go over it with her in advance and make sure everything is filled out correctly.

If you haven't already! Try using lower case and abbreviations as much as you can. If that don't work make an attachment.
How would I abbreviate something like Nakhon Si Thammarat?

Ok. So I'm working on the paperwork for a K1 visa for a Thailand bride. I've run into a snag filling out the G-325A form.
In the "Last 5 Year's Residence" section, several of the city names are too big to fit into the space allotted.
How should I handle this? Just fill it in and have it truncated when printed, or leave it blank and hand write it in (It won't be very legible)? Something else entirely?
I tried doing a search before posting this, and didn't see any similar questions.

Yup, she's gotten all those I believe. She goes back tomorrow for a follow up. So looks like she'll just need to play for the blood work and whatever other tests they have to run.
