Packet 4 questions (Mumbai Embassy) in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures Posted September 19, 2007 Several questions for the Packet 4 that is sent by the Mumbai Embassy 1. How long does it usually take to ship and arrive? (they sent it on the 13th and it still hasn't arrived, being the 18th) 2. I'm assuming my wife does not need to have my I-864, taxes and what not? 3. Also assuming that my wife doesn't need my I-134? thank you i would carry i-864 and its supporting docs. incase NVC hasnt fwded it to mumbai and would like to review it. dont know abt i-134.....guess its only for k3 interview. singha,wht did u submit at nvc along with ds-230 ?was it just a photocopy of biographic page of passport? did u get packet 3 from embassy here after the case got completed?
