Can anyone help me out, I attended my citizenship interview today, after the interview the officer said I passed the exam but why my driving license not changed to the state I have my interview for four years now.

However she told me is not cool and she gave me a form N-652 and was telling me to follow the instructions on form N-14 . That my decision can't be taken now .

Please what does that mean, any advice is welcome 🙏🏿
