Hey! Does anyone know where to send additional information to? Long story short we went to Montreal on 10/13. My husband was told he was good, they took his passport said they would process it by the end of the week and he got the paperwork to track his passport. When I looked at his status a week later it said refused. We or our lawyer have not received any additional info so I emailed the consulate at their Montreal-iv-dv@state.gov email and yesterday (two weeks later) they are asking for info. Info which was subumitted prior to getting docs approved (previous addresses, work experience, travel etc.). I sent what they wanted to that Montreal email but is there another one I should send additional info to? To say this is frustrating is an understatement. TIA. 

Hey all. So we went to Montreal on the 13th. They said my husband was approved, took his passport and gave him the paperwork to track his passport. We were told it would be a few weeks so I didn’t rush to register. When I tried registering last weekend nothing came up and I looked on his status and it says “refused” last updated on 10/21. As of today nothing has changed. I emailed the consulate and am waiting for a response which will be forever and our lawyer is useless. Jw if anyone has had this happen? We haven’t gotten an email, a letter and they have his passport. Just very frustrated right now. TIA.
